Quick Review On Infinix Hot x507 + Things To Note

Bought this little beast (infinix hot x507) for a brotherly friend in my hometown whom to my surprise is still afraid of buying stuffs online due to an odd experience his older geek brother had a million years ago lol. And since most of you would want a review before buying, to be at safer side, I thought it wise to make a quick review of it.

In case you don't know, my village is not included in Konga Express delivery zone. It just took a minute call to Konga care line (08094605555) to do the magic. The agent only requested for the local government area, city, town and nearest block to place the other on my be halve still with payment on delivery.

Am only writing this for simplicity so you don't have a course not to own this device. If you do want it. It took approximately 7 working days (Mon, Tues, wed, Thurs, Fri, then Mon, Tues) instead of 5 due to the festivity.

Now The Quick Review

CAMERA & Flash:
First I'll say the camera is clear but in a dark environment, it looks blur a bit. And that maybe because the flash is not as sharp as that of a typical tecno mobile.

Charging & Battery Life

Charging is very fast with the original charger. At least, it was able to charge from 50% to 100 in 35minutes. Battery life is great and cool for a start.

Gaming & Multitasking

Trust me I don't like being told how things work: I see them myself work. Immediately after charging to 100% I moved in one game every young star will never stop tripping for (FIFA 14). And it handled it perfectly. No lags even when minimized it resumed within the twinkle of an eye. To show the 1gb ram & 1.3Ghz quad core processor is really at work.

Things To Note About Infinix Hot x507

==>Can be rooted using kingroot
==>Display is great, with the large screen.
==>There are no lights on the Soft key buttons(no options for turning it on) just like in innjoo i1s.

==>Has two sim slots(dual). Sim 1 is the normal mini sim card and Sim 2 a Nano
==>No led Notification light
==>The camera is not sharp at night/dark environments
==>The flash light is not as smart as that of tecno phones

==>Phone gets hot while charging, browsing, playing games etc which is normal.
==>The loud speaker is just a little louder than a typical Nokia phone.
==>Pre-installed games are demo and requires you download additional data.
==>Comes pre-installed with Konga mobile App.

==>Battery is never a problem
==>The body is plastic all through
==>Unboxing, you see just the infinix hot, charger head, USB cable, an ear phone, 1 battery, & 2 manuals only. No extra cover, pack.
==>Has a memory card slot but without m.card in it.

Conclusion

Looking at the good and bad sides of this little sweet heart, it appears the go is higher. Although i bought this one last week for N13,400, the price is now N14,900.

Also, Konga free shipping for orders above N5,000 is over. But still ON for infinix hot x507 alone, for God knows how long. It will be wise you get yours as soon as possible, to cut the delivery cost once this is over.

  1. Hi Uche,

    From every indication, this smart phone is fair on performance...I particularly love the bit of the review coming from someone who has actually used the phone...

    Sounds real and better than the reviews simply geared towards sales and commissions.

    Make the day great!

    Always,
    Terungwa
