How You Can Install XOS Chameleon V.2.0 On Infinix Note 2 LTE And Infinix Zero 3

Hello NaijaTechLovers readers, We bring to you this latest update about infinix , Now you can upgrade your Infinix Zero 3 to XOS interface which is currently the latest infinix customized XUI called XOS CHAMELEON V.2.0, I am really amazed when I saw the features of this XOS.. it comes with the 3 finger feature.

What is the meaning of 3 finger feature? It means on this XOS, you can easily screenshot by swiping 3 fingers across your screen instead of holding the power button and the volume key, This is more easier.

Before you continue reading, note that OTA is rolling out to Infinix Zero 3 and Note 2 LTE users but you can also download it via other means and install it either on your SD Card

Before you can download this, you must make sure that you are not rooted and check your built number and download according to your built number

For Zero 3 X552-H952-A1 Download SDcard, SP flash

For Zero 3 X552-H952-B1 SDcard, SP flash

For Note Lte X600 A1 Build: SDcard, SP flash

For Note 2 Lte X600 B1 Build SDcard, SPflash

Now, let me show you how to install it via SD card.

>> Download the OTA package or TCard package

>> Extract it and place the 'update.zip' to the root of your SD Card (if already extracted, rename it as 'update.zip') , Let’s continue..

>> Perform Method 1 or Method 2 Below

Method 1:

>>Settings

>> About phone

>> System update

>> Options

>> Update from local

>> Select 'update.zip' and install it

Wait until the installation is complete so that the device would be rebooted.

Method 2:

>> Power off your Infinix Smartphone (and boot to recovery mode)

>> Press and hold volume up button + power button

>> If you see Android bot with a danger sign

>> Press the power button again and press volume up button once

>> Hold the Up / Down button to select 'Apply update from SD card'

>> Scroll to where the 'update.zip' file is located and select with the Power Button

Wait until the installation is complete so that the device would be rebooted
