Saw this now at Linda ikeji's blog and I couldn't help but laugh out loud. Really wish it was MTN. The guy no even pity them.
Airtel told the customer that they have actually followed him on Twitter so he can send them a direct
message and the guy replied saying he's been trying to follow back but their network is too slow so he had to use a friend Etisalat line to get across lols
If you are in Airtel's shoes what will be your reply?
