What Is the meaning of Instagram Stories ?

This can simply be defined as a feature that allows users to post photo and video which vanish after 24 hours . It means the photo and videos shared in your Instagram Story are ephemeral and can’t be viewed once it’s upto 24 hours and also, content shared won’t appear on your profile grid or in the main Instagram feed.

Now let’s get started, How to Create Instagram Stories

>>Click the plus button found on the top left-hand side of your homescreen or swipe left in your Feed.

>> After the story camera has open, you can take a photo or record a video. You can also upload photos or videos. To upload, swipe down on the screen and choose your videos or photos.

>>Now Edit the photos or videos with text or add a drawing as you normally would. If you hit the pen icon, there are three types of pens. The third one makes your sketch look like a neon sign.

>>Click ‘DONE’ to save story

>>Click ‘CHECK MARK’ button to share the story

After this, a colorful circle will appear around your profile photo to let your followers know you have a story to view and profile picture will also pop up at the top of your followers' Feeds. Note that, after 24 hours the photo or video will no longer be visible to your followers again.
